Course overview
This workshop aims to equip Data Managers with the technical project management skills they need to effectively plan, track and manage clinical trial studies. The methodology and techniques taught in this course can be applied to any project management situation.
Who should attend?
This course is for people new to project management. It would also benefit experienced data management professionals who currently have responsibility for projects or who will be stepping into a project management position in future.

By the end of this course you will:

· Know how put together a risk management strategy
Course format
This two day workshop covers all the key areas of project planning and management within a clinical trials context. The course is highly interactive and includes a variety of trainer input, group activities and personal reflection. Participants will be encouraged to interact with each-other, contribute to class discussions and share their experiences.
