ACDM - Understanding the Impact of Statistics on the Design, Conduct & Reporting of Clinical Trials

Why should you attend?

Have you ever wondered what role the statistician plays within a clinical study team? Is it unclear why the case report form contains certain data items, or why some data validation checks are required?
In this webinar you will learn about the importance of statistical involvement in protocol and case report form design in the planning stages of a clinical trial; and throughout trial conduct in data review and decision making. The trainer will overview the statistical analysis process and describe the role of the statistician in the wider clinical development process. You will also become familiar with basic statistical concepts and study designs.
This interactive webinar which will use trainer input, group discussion and exercises is recommended for anyone working within drug development such as Project Managers, Clinical Research Associates, Data Managers, and those working in pharmacovigilance, who do not have a statistical background.
