Exhibitors Booking Form 2010

The ACDM Annual Conference “Driving Success” will take place at Whittlebury Hall Hotel, Northampton on Monday 22nd and Tuesday 23rd March 2010.

Exhibiting at this year’s conference will give you access to all levels of staff from Data Management departments in the major biopharmaceutical companies and Clinical research organisations; including key decision makers and budget holders.

Costs

Two Day Stand - £500 (exc. VAT)

Stands cannot be manned by people who are not registered as delegates. All exhibitors must have at least one full delegate place registered at the Conference itself.

The exhibition package includes the following benefits:

• A minimum 3m x 2m stand space
• 1 free ½ page colour advertisement in ACDM Newsletter during 2010

For those of you who are unable to exhibit or in addition to your exhibition you will want to take advantage of our wide range of sponsorship options. These include providing give aways and/or corporate brochures for conference packs; and a variety of drinks sponsorship options for our evening entertainment.

This year the ACDM are running Exhibitor Bingo. Each delegate will be given a Bingo Card containing the Company Logos of all exhibitors. The delegate must visit each exhibition stand to obtain the bingo stickers (which ACDM will provide) for the chance to win the prize draw.
