Annual Conference - Focus on abstract presenters

The ACDM conference is on 17th March at BMA house. Joining our key note speakers, Martyn Ashton, former British and World Champion mountain bike trials rider, Gary Acton, author and broadcaster from Cancer Research UK and Joshua Sharlin, ex US_FDA reviewer are some exceptional speakers from around our community.

The focus of the morning will be on systems integration, exploring this from many different angles. We start with Anil Dhiri from Oracle Health Sciences reporting on managing the interface between clinical and safety databases followed by Phillip Strickland from Aris Global looking at the success and failures of system integration projects. Ian Slack, from Vertex Pharmaceuticals will add to this with an exploration of using a centralised coding tool to increase efficiency, and Mahesh Malneedi, from DDi looks at the evidence surrounding the need for integrated systems.

We will finish the session with a presentation from the ACDM eClinical committee, courtesy of Rob Nichols from Algorics and Louise Midlane from Cancer Research UK. Rob and Louise will review some of the key discussions from committee events over the past 12 months and present results of the surveys that they have released.

Topics covered include ‘The future of hosting for eClinical trials’, ‘eSource – why is everyone not using it’.

With only 3 weeks to go please don’t miss out on the wealth of learning and experience available to you from attending this event.
