Career: DM positions at Glaxo, Ipsen, Encode (Iceland) and SRG Interesource
If you were on a desert island, what three things would you take with you and why?
1 My wife – to keep me company
2 A wind-up radio – to keep abreast of news and sport
3 A hat – to make sure I didn't get sunstroke
What has been your greatest achievement to date?
Getting married and still being married after 15 years.

What lesson has life taught you so far?
Life's too short to worry, so enjoy it.
What makes you happy?
Watching Wales win the 6 Nations rugby.
What makes you depressed?
People who have 'hidden agendas' and are looking to promote themselves whatever the consequences.
Where would you like to be in 5 years time?
Lying on a beach watching the world go by.
What do you do to relax / what are your hobbies?
Watching Wales win the 6 Nations rugby Wasps rugby season ticket holder.
